Working with Mady was an absolute dream! We contacted Mady just a few short months before our wedding, realizing that we were in need of support and coordination on our big day. From our very first conversation, we were immediately put at ease by Mady's knowledge, cheerful demeanor, and professionalism. Mady was available to help with our questions and concerns leading up to our wedding day, providing so many helpful recommendations and solutions. As part of her day-of coordination services, Mady shared access to her planner tool, which was incredible in helping us to stay organized, manage RSVPs, and solidify table and seating assignments. We did not live near our venue, and Mady was able to work with our travel schedule to ensure that we were able to do not one - but two - detailed site walkthroughs. It was so reassuring to know that Mady had our timeline and vendor schedules covered and that we did not have to worry about decor, vendor drop-off, or tear-down. During our rehearsal, Mady immediately took charge and made sure that we were able to practice all ceremony details and she even provided an emergency kit for any unexpected issues that might have popped up on our wedding day! Day-of, I can not emphasize enough how amazing it was to have Mady as our coordinator. We were able to just relax and live in the moment knowing that Mady (and her husband, Lucus) had things covered. She truly brought to life the wedding of our dreams, and she did so all while running around in 100-degree heat without one complaint. Mady is truly the BEST!!

Mady did an awesome job! She worked tirelessly for the 16 hour day of my daughter's wedding. We could not have done it without her services. I thought I would need to help with set up as my daughter had a ton of decor but she sent me on my way as she had everything covered, which allowed me to spend time with family. We left her to make her own decisions on many things and she killed it! She even cut the cake, and basically anything needed she was there. Highly recommend!

Mady was a Rockstar from start to finish. We jumped into wedding planning months behind schedule, but Mady put us at-ease and had a plan for us from the start. Our first phone call with her set the tone for a great relationship because of how relatable and informed she was. Right away she gave us a lot of ideas and key-points to think about as we got to planning.
Mady excels at many parts of the planning process, from the small touches like table number holders and seating charts to coordinating with the vendors and calming our nerves. Mady was very responsive throughout the entire process, and the week of the wedding she made us feel like royalty because she was there to help in any way possible.
The coordination with vendors was a blessing as that was a major stressor as the big day neared. Mady was on-it with each and every vendor and we had essentially zero hiccups when wedding day hit. We also enjoyed Mady's creativity and style during our time working with her. We had her create our seating charts and her work fully exceeded our expectations. She also built the lovely arbor that framed our wedding and head table. It was a doozy, and 100% Mady-built! She even jumped in to sturdy it up as it was hit with head-on Kansas winds and heavy flowers.
Mady also knows how to take charge and be the boss. Our wedding day was nearly stress free because Mady took over and we were able to fully enjoy ourselves without sweating the small stuff.
We wouldn't change a thing about how the wedding went, and it couldn't have been done without the help of Mady. Thanks for helping us have such a special day!
